Signs of poor kidney function
If your cat shows any of the signs listed above, you should contact your vet as soon as possible for advice:
- Weight loss Increased drinking or urinating
- Difficulty holding up their head
- Poor appetite
- Listlessness
- Weakness
Feeding guidelines
Your vet will advise on the specific amount to give your cat.
A typical starting amount is 2ml per 4.5kg of bodyweight, given 1-3 times daily. This may be changed due to the individual needs of your cat.
