Standard shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders over $65!
A flat-rate shipping cost of $6.95 applies to orders under this amount.Â
Dispatch
Non-prescription items
Typically dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.
For prescription items
Orders are filled once we receive both the order and valid prescription. We aim to ship the same day if received early enough.Â
Once shipped, delivery is handled by our couriers — allow 1-3 business days depending on your location.Â
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will:Â
- Receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.Â
- Be able to track the package via the courier’s website.
You can also log into your My Vet account to view order and tracking status.Â
Missing orders
If you believe your order has gone missing:

Check your email
Look for a tracking email from us, if you have not received this, please contact us. -
Track your parcel
Use the link provided in your email to check courier updates. If there are delays, please contact NZ post directly. -
Still no delivery?
Contact NZ Post, or our team on (07) 543 1010. Have your order number or your NZ Post query number ready so we can help quickly.Â
Store pick up
If you've selected to pick up your order, please wait for an email notifying you the order is complete before coming to collect. Please ensure you have the order number or name when collecting. All payment must be processed through the website. Cash and EFTPOS are not available on-site.Â
