I have 2 neutered boy cats, both of who have had bladder issues in the past. I find that sharing a capsule of cystaid sprinkled on their wet food each morning keeps the issues at bay.

Cystaid is a feed supplement that provides N. Acetyl D. Glucosamine in a convenient, easy to administer capsule.
A nutraceutical for cats, to support the bladder lining. Part of the bladder lining is a layer of glycosaminoglycan (GAG) chains, which provides support to the bladder cells below, preventing irritation by the urine.
Contains the amino acid, L-tryptophan, which can help support a calm demeanour in cats and curcumin, folate and vitamin D, to support the natural systems that control inflammation.
Cystaid is available in sprinkle capsules, which can be given easily to cats.
Ingredients:
- N. Acetyl D. Glucosamine 99%, 125mg.
- Quercetin - Has been shown to regulate inflammation and help to support stress coping mechanisms.
- L-Theanine- An amino acid found in green tea with natural calming properties. Also has been shown to reduce stress behaviours in cats.
Dose:
First occurrence, give 2 capsules daily. For recurrent cases, give 1 capsule daily.

Seems to work really well for my cats bladder problems and I use it in conjunction with urinary care food as well.

This product has allowed our lovely Zuri Cat to escape the euthanasia that was proposed by our Vet.
My cat was getting constant bladder infections and I now give her cystaid every day and we are into our 5th month without her getting one. I just sprinkle it onto her food each morning and she's happy to eat it. It must be pretty good otherwise she wouldn't touch it lol 😆. I'm sure everyone can relate. So far so good anyway 🙂.
