Overview:

COMPLIVIT® can be given to any dog or cat with lowered dietary and energy intake. It is presented in an airless pump to ensure the product stays fresh and can be given directly or added to food.

COMPLIVIT® can provide nutritional support in many instances including:

• Post surgery inappetence
• Geriatric felines
• Animals suffering from diseases such as heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, respiratory diseases or cancer
• Encouraging animals to eat new food
• Encouraging animals to drink water
• Hypoglycaemic emergencies
• Bullied or stressed animals
• Working animals
• Hyperthyroidism in cats
• Nursing females
• Immunosuppressed animals

Feeding guidelines

For dogs: For most situations, COMPLIVIT® can be fed as necessary, but if used daily to provide a complete vitamin and mineral source, 1 tablespoon (15g) should be given per 10kg, per day.

For cats: For most situations, COMPLIVIT® can be fed as necessary, but if used daily to provide a complete vitamin and mineral source, 1 teaspoon (5g) should be given per 3-5kg of bodyweight.

What else can I do?

It is important to never force your pet to eat, but you can encourage them to eat. For example, offer food that is warm, soft and smells strongly. Sit with them, offer the food from your hand and talk to them gently to encourage them to take even a little from you.

It can be very stressful to see your cat or dog not eating, but a loss of appetite doesn’t necessarily indicate a health problem and could just mean a change in your pets eating habits.
